New Orders (always)

Every new order stays in New Orders for a maximum of 2 minutes. Staff can Accept earlier at any time. If Auto Print is ON, Take-Away prints a Token while Delivery/Dine-in prints the Temp Print; if it is OFF, the order moves without printing.

When Auto Complete is ON

After the 2-minute New Orders stage, later kitchen stages keep moving automatically:

• Preparing moves to Ready after 40 minutes.
• Ready Take-Away / Dine-in is completed after 30 minutes.
• Delivery orders can be completed automatically. Manual staff delivery is also available using Mark Delivered.

When Auto Complete is OFF

The 2-minute New Orders rule still applies, but after an order reaches Processing all later stages wait for staff to move them manually.
